Tomberg ending up leaving the Anthroposophy Society because of a lot of jealousy and an in-fighting for power which was creating a great deal of controversy. Tomberg was met with heavy resistance by the leadership in the Anthroposophy Society and was discouraged from continuing Rudolf Steiner’s legacy. ![]() The story that was told is that Valentin Tomberg was considered brilliant by the Anthroposophy Society and he wanted to further Rudolf Steiner’s esoteric Christianity work since Rudolf Steiner was working on this before he passed away. Tomberg, was a Estonian-Russian Christian mystic, scholar and hermetic magician and a long time prominent member of Rudolf Steiner’s Anthroposophy Society. ![]() Meditations on the Tarot, is an amazing 650 page magnum opus by someone called anonymous but it is widely known that Valentin Tomberg wrote this book.
